Costa del Sol Gran Fondo 2026

The Costa del Sol Gran Fondo 2026 is an international cycling event taking place on October 3rd. Starting and finishing in Estepona, the route covers 130 km with 3,300 meters of elevation gain, passing through the Sierra Bermeja and various inland municipalities of Malaga, including Casares, Gaucín, Cortes de la Frontera, Jimera de Líbar, Atajate, Benadalid, Algatocín, and Genalguacil. The event culminates with the climb to Peñas Blancas before descending back to Estepona. The event aims to showcase the region's natural beauty, cultural richness, and tourism offerings, positioning Estepona as a hub for cycling and sustainable sports.
