3rd Annual YMCA Pumpkin Dash 5K 2026

The YMCA Pumpkin Dash 5K is a fall race held at Glasgow Park in Newark, Delaware. The course begins at the park, located at 2275 Pulaski Highway. This 5-kilometer event is designed for both runners and walkers, allowing participants to complete the full distance, jog at a comfortable pace, or walk as they prefer. The event also features a free Kiddo 1K, offering younger children a short race prior to the 5K. The entry fee for the 5K is $35. Proceeds from the race benefit the YMCA Open Doors Financial Assistance Program, which provides financial aid for YMCA access.
