Jubilee Joy Fest 5K Walk/Run 2026

The Jubilee Joy Fest & 5K Walk/Run begins at Southside Lions Park, Pavilion #4, in San Antonio, directing participants onto the Salado Creek Greenway. This event combines a chip-timed 5K with a 1-mile walk, a Kids Race, and a virtual participation option. It accommodates families, school groups, walkers, and runners seeking an official time. Packet pickup occurs on race morning, with the 5K commencing after the Kids Race. The course follows a primary trail route on the Southside, with the race closely associated with Jubilee Academies instead of functioning as an independent road race. Funds generated will support student scholarships, external learning opportunities, field trips, and other student enrichment activities. Jubilee Joy Fest also features student clubs like the band, cheerleading, and choir. The post-race activities include food, beverages, awards, and a costume contest.
