Salty Turtle Cycling Club Haunted Hundred 2026

The Haunted Hundred begins and ends at Salty's Surf Shack on Topsail Island, with the after-party located by the beach. This cycling event, organized by the Salty Turtle Cycling Club, offers a 100K ride (approximately 62 miles) and a 27-mile option. The ride proceeds regardless of weather, requires helmets, strongly encourages lights, and provides stocked aid stations and SAG support along the course. The longer route follows a path similar to previous years, while the shorter ride remains near the coast. All funds raised benefit the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center, and registration grants riders and a guest weekend access to the Turtle Hospital. Post-ride, participants reconvene at Salty's Surf Shack for a party featuring presentations, auctions, and a finisher beer in a commemorative glass. Optional fundraising offers rewards like a refunded entry fee, a ceramic beer mug, or a Salty Turtle Cycling Club jersey for reaching certain donation levels.
