UVU 4.01K Race to Retirement 2026

Event: 4.01K Race to Retirement. Date: Saturday, October 3, 2026. Schedule: Check-in and registration opens at 7:15 a.m. Resource booths and music begin at 7:30 a.m. and run until 9:30 a.m. Kids Run (401 meters, for ages 12 and under on the track) starts at 8:00 a.m. Zumba warm-up at 8:10 a.m. Welcome by Fidelity at 8:20 a.m. Adult 4.01K Run/Walk begins at 8:30 a.m. Awards for the top 3 male and 3 female finishers at 9:00 a.m. Prize drawings at 9:15 a.m. Event concludes at 9:30 a.m. The event aims to educate Utahns about maximizing their employer 401k match and investing for retirement. Utah Valley University and Fidelity Investments are hosting this family fun run to promote financial security. UVU has a top-ranked Financial Planning and Wealth Management program, and Fidelity is a leading retirement company. They are collaborating to help Utah's young population build strong financial futures. On-site coaching will be available from UVU's Money Success Center and Fidelity representatives to answer questions about 401k matches and investments.
