Dia De Los Muertos Not-So-Fun Run 2026

The Dia De Los Muertos Not-So-Fun Run is a timed 5K at Retama Park in Selma, Texas, on October 31, starting at 8:00 AM. Hosted by The Magnolia Pancake Haus, the event maintains a relaxed atmosphere: families may bring pets, walkers are welcome, strollers are suitable for the day, and runners of all paces can participate without feeling out of place. The course is flat, making the race accessible for beginners while still offering competitive runners a chance at the top-three prizes. Participants are encouraged to wear Día De Los Muertos attire, with awards for the best human and pet costumes. All participants receive a medal and a Haus T-shirt, followed by post-race pancakes.
