Wellington 5k, 10 Miler and Tower Challenge 2026

The Wellington 5k, 10 Miler, and Tower Challenge begin and end at Tiger Shark Cove Park in Wellington, Florida. This fall race series is designed for runners training for longer events, such as half marathons and marathons, offering a 5k and two 10-mile distances. The 5k route runs along Greenbrier Boulevard. The 10 Miler travels through the Wellington Environmental Preserve at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Everglades Habitat. This longer course includes paved paths, shell rock roads, and boardwalks through wetland areas. The Tower Challenge incorporates a run up and down a 5-story tower within the 10-mile race. Now in its 19th year, the series benefits the Kids Cancer Foundation and other local charities.
