La Speed Lohéacienne is a road-running series held in Lohéac, a village in Ille-et-Vilaine, Brittany, featuring five races. The main event is a 10 km road race on a fast, two-loop course certified by the French Athletics Federation. The event also includes a 2 x 5 km relay, a 2 x 5 km company challenge, and two children’s races of 700 m and 1,400 m.
The 10 km route runs through the heart of Lohéac, taking runners twice onto the village’s well-known rallycross circuit. This offers a motorsport element not typically found in a standard village 10K. Now in its seventh edition, the race is a fixture on the Brittany running calendar, organized for club runners, workplace teams, families, and children, not exclusively for solo competitors aiming for personal bests. On race day, participants can utilize local amenities including a shuttle service, food vendors, and a raffle. Bib pickup is managed in the village and requires identification.
