Apex Hispanic Heritage 5K

The Apex Hispanic Heritage 5K is a Saturday morning 5K held at Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers, Florida. A 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk begins shortly after the main race. The event is designed for runners and walkers; the shorter option accommodates families or those seeking the festive atmosphere without completing the full 5 kilometers. This is the original Hispanic Heritage 5K in Southwest Florida, now in its second year. Participants select a country to represent during registration, and many wear Hispanic-themed outfits or carry flags. The event emphasizes its festival aspect with continuous music, a lively crowd, and a Latin Couples Dance Competition following the race.
