Fillmore 5k

The Fillmore 5K is a five-kilometer race. Full results and age-group breakdowns are posted on Webscorer. The results list indicates a Central New York field, with many runners coming from Ithaca, Moravia, Groton, Auburn, Locke, Aurora, Cortland, Syracuse, and nearby towns. A few participants also traveled from Florida, South Carolina, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Seoul. The front of the race is quick for a local 5K. The winner ran 16:52, followed by a 16-year-old in second place at 17:33 and a 53-year-old in third at 17:38. The field includes participants from children to older adults, with listed ages ranging from 8 to 63. The event also maintains a community-photo album for participants to add race day pictures.
