Run On The Rocks offers a lightning-fast, flat course along the Towpath. The Towpath is open to the public and cyclists; headphones are not recommended. Awards are given for Risers (54 & below) and Masters (55 & above) categories. All participants receive a finisher medal and t-shirt. No race day registration.
