Blasenstein-Trail - Rheumalislauf 2026

The Blasenstein-Trail Rheumalislauf is an approximately 12 km individual trail race taking place in October. The start is located at the fire station near the local center. The initial two kilometers consist mainly of asphalt, providing a moderate start before the course transitions to climbing and forest running. The first significant ascent begins around kilometer 3, heading towards Zigeunermauer, followed by a brief, challenging downhill section. Subsequently, the route offers some respite on road and forest paths below the Klingenberg ruins, near the Pabneukirchen municipal border. However, the primary challenge commences around kilometer 7 with a steep forest climb up to Bärnluckn. The race includes men’s and women’s classifications. Organizers offer both a 3D course video and a GPX file for participants to review the route in advance.
