Hope Run

Hope Run takes place at Trabrennbahn Krieau in Vienna’s second district during September, benefiting children with cancer. Organized by Kinderkrebshilfe Wien-NÖ-Bgld, the event accommodates various participants: serious runners can compete, while others can walk the course. The event features a distinct children’s run: 800 metres for ages 0-7 and 1,200 metres for ages 8-12. Entry to this run is free for children up to 12. Motivated children can also participate in the main run without official timing. This structure cultivates a family atmosphere, distinct from typical road races, welcoming both individuals and teams to support the same cause.
