Klosterneuburger Adventlauf 2026

The Klosterneuburg Advent Run begins and ends at Happyland in Klosterneuburg, Austria, in late November as the Advent season commences. ULC Klosterneuburg organizes this local road race, offering several participation options: a main race, a hobby run, Nordic walking, an inclusion run, and a 3-person team run. The primary 10 km event awards cash prizes to the top male and female finishers, with additional local awards for the fastest Klosterneuburg residents or club members. The event fosters community engagement beyond the competition. Proceeds from entries benefit ULC youth programs, individuals with intellectual disabilities in Klosterneuburg, and children and teenagers facing hardship. All participants receive a starter bag. Awards are linked to social initiatives: finisher medals are crafted by the Bulgarian organization “Ein Zuhause für Straßenkindern,” and trophies for the hobby and main races are made by clients of Klosterneuburg's disability support services. Participants in the 3-person team run are automatically entered into the hobby run without additional charge.
