Běhej lesy Železná Ruda begins in the village of Špičák, located in the Šumava forests. This trail race, part of the Běhej lesy series, offers 40 km, 18 km, and 13 km courses. A charity run is also available for those seeking a shorter or more relaxed option. The courses traverse the hilly Šumava landscape, providing runners with significant ascents and descents. A key feature of the routes is the inclusion of two glacial lakes: Černé jezero and Čertovo jezero, notable natural landmarks in the mountain region.
