Cena Metuje 2026

Cena Metuje is a 10 km road race held in Nové Město nad Metují, with the race office and finish located at the Sokolovna. The primary event is the Memoriál M. J. Horáčka, an established asphalt-road run with over sixty editions. Youth races are held alongside the adult race, making the day suitable for local club runners, children, and families, not exclusively for seasoned 10 km competitors. The course follows the Metuje River valley to Peklo and returns via the same route to the Sokolovna. Children are engaged in the broader series through the “Dad, Mom - Run With Us” project, allowing them to accumulate points for participating in all series races. SK Nové Město nad Metují members are exempt from entry fees, and registration is managed online via Sportchallenge, with options available on race morning.
