Čertovskej Wintertrail 2026

Čertovskej WinterTrail is a late-November trail race held in Hamr na Jezeře, a village in northern Czechia. Participants can select between 33.3 km and 16.6 km distances. The longer route involves approximately one thousand metres of elevation gain, or more, depending on the measurement used. The race takes place in winter conditions over hilly terrain, winding through woods, across small rises, and among rocks surrounding Hamr na Jezeře. The event, organized by Sportchallenge, is in its tenth edition. It is a substantial race, not a small local run: in a recent running, 252 people completed the 33.3 km race and 136 finished the 16.6 km race. The shorter distance attracted more women than men in that edition, while the longer race had a larger male participation.
