360º The Challenge is a solo ultradistance race on Gran Canaria, covering more than 260 kilometers with roughly 13,000 meters of climbing and the same amount of descent. It is not a marked-course trail race: runners have to find their way with GPS and maps while managing the distance on their own.
The route’s main demand is self-sufficiency over a long, mountainous island course. Because each participant competes individually, the race tests navigation, endurance, and decision-making as much as running fitness, especially when fatigue makes every route choice harder.
