The Carrera de la Mujer de La Coruña is a women's road race in A Coruña, Galicia. Its field, clad in pink, has surpassed 8,000 participants. This event is part of Spain’s national Carrera de la Mujer circuit. It is a short, mass-participation run, approximately 6.3 km, with the start and finish lines situated near the Riazor sports complex.
The race focuses on women's sport, solidarity, breast cancer awareness, and opposition to gender violence. Club runners and thousands of recreational participants navigate the same course; Ángela Viciosa of Oysho Running Club has previously won. Following the race, the day includes a one-hour fitness and aerobics festival, featuring sessions associated with Termaria Casa del Agua, Ballet Fit, and Zumba.
