Cross Miguel Ríos - Montalbán 2026

Cross Miguel Ríos - Montalbán is a race in the Circuito Cross EPA Miguel Ríos, a Spanish cross-country running series featuring short local races in towns including Montalbán, Casariche, La Carlota, La Guijarrosa, Santaella, La Victoria, and Puente Genil. Registration closes at 14:00 on the Thursday of race week. The entry fees are 3 euros for children’s categories (Chupete through cadete) and 7 euros for juvenil, senior, and veteran runners, with an additional small online processing charge. The series operates as a points circuit, not a single standalone event. Awards are given to the top three overall finishers based on points, the top three in each adult and children’s category (male and female), and additional local prizes for senior and veteran runners. The Ciudad de Ventippo race in Casariche also provides awards for local children. Miguel Ríos is the organizer, a portion of the proceeds benefits charity, and the circuit attracts a community-sized field, with 361 participants registered for the series.
