Fuertebike 2026

Fuertebike is a mountain bike race held in Corralejo, Las Palmas, on Fuerteventura's north coast. Participants can select between a 72 km Marathon or a 45 km Half Marathon. The race takes place in September, with the longer distance commencing in the morning and the shorter one starting thirty minutes later. Some categories are designated as non-competitive, indicating the event accommodates participants beyond those focused solely on podium finishes. The race day schedule is concise. Bib collection occurs the evening prior, race control concludes in the early afternoon, and awards are presented shortly thereafter. From noon, riders receive a post-race meal accompanied by live music, transforming the finish area into a central part of the event beyond mere timing. The race is also known as Electrón Fuerteventura / Electrón FUERTEBIKE Fuerteventura and is managed by Columbus Eventos, S.L. Registration opens in February and closes in September, or once the participant cap is met.
