La Balade des 6 communes is a sporting and family event held each October near Saint-Loubès in Gironde, within the Les Rives de la Laurence inter-communal area. It offers more than just a running race: participants can select a walking circuit, mountain-bike routes, a foot race, or a family loop for younger children. The six communes participating are Beychac-et-Cailleau, Montussan, Sainte-Eulalie, Saint-Loubès, Saint-Sulpice et Cameyrac, and Yvrac.
Each year, two of the six communes serve as the start and finish villages. The routes traverse a rolling local landscape of vineyards, streams, and small towns, making the event a tour of the area as well as a day of sport. At the finish, local associations organize recreational activities and sports introductions in a sports village, allowing families, friends, solo participants, runners, walkers, and cyclists to engage at their own pace.
