Course du Souffle is a charity race day in Paris’s Bois de Boulogne, utilizing the Jardin d’Acclimatation and the park’s paths. The event funds cystic fibrosis research and provides timed races for both licensed club runners and individuals without a racing license.
Runners may select a 10 km race suitable for a wide range of abilities, featuring a refreshment point halfway, or a 5 km route designed for families and those preferring a shorter distance. Younger participants have a dedicated 3 km event, and a guided one-hour hike is also available. Post-race, the finish area hosts a Village of Hope with activities and medal ceremonies.
