Foulées lempdaises - Lempdes 2026

Foulées lempdaises is an evening trail-running series in Lempdes, featuring 7 km and 12 km nature races. Children’s races begin at 17:00 and are free. The 7 km race starts at 18:30, and the 12 km race starts at 20:00, meaning the adult races transition from dusk into night. Approximately 80% of the route follows trails. Participants in the 12 km race must carry a headlamp or alternative light source. The 12 km can be completed solo or as a duo. Runners seeking an extended night run can enter the challenge combining the 7 km and 12 km races. One euro from each registration supports an association. Registering on site incurs an additional 2 euro fee.
