La Dion'XTREM 2027

La Dion'XTREM is a night running event in Saint-Denis-de-Jouhet, a village in Indre, central France. The core is a 7 km loop through nature, but the main 12-hour format transforms this into an elimination race. Runners begin at 7:00 PM and must complete each loop within an hour to continue. Runners who meet the cutoff can pause until the next hourly start; those who miss it are eliminated. The event continues until one runner remains. If multiple runners finish 11 loops, the 12th loop at 6:00 AM determines the winner by first finisher. A one-loop night race is available for those seeking the atmosphere without the full endurance challenge. The participants include club runners in junior, senior, and masters age groups.
