About this race
La Nuit d'Or is a night trail race held in Villars-Fontaine, a commune within Burgundy's Hautes Côtes de Nuits-Saint-Georges. Following a six-year hiatus, the event resumed with close to 400 participants and two off-road courses organized by the Côte et Sport association.
The courses traverse muddy local trails instead of paved streets, with the shorter option covering 8 km. Léo Perrot of Team Décathlon secured victory in the 8 km race, finishing two minutes ahead of Dimitri Joannet of Athlé 21. In the women's category, Margot Ratton of MACTri claimed first place.
