Les bacchantes Aix-en-Provence 2026

Les Bacchantes Aix-en-Provence is a charity “moustache race” in Aix-en-Provence, featuring an 8 km run and a 6 km walk starting from Stade Maurice-David. It is intentionally playful: men and women aged 16 and over are invited to participate with a moustache, whether real, attached, or drawn. A portion of each entry fee supports the fight against prostate cancer. The course leads from the rugby stadium into the historic center of Aix, with the same route for runners and walkers. The finish is a surprise, with a hint that Provence Rugby supporters will find it enjoyable. Runners receive a Bacchantes buffet after crossing the finish line. The association has raised 178,000 euros since its first edition, with funds directed to the Les Bacchantes endowment fund for the study “S’accomplir avec les Bacchantes.”
