Les Cimes du Mercantour is a mountain road-cycling cyclosportive held in Breil-sur-Roya, Alpes-Maritimes, typically in late July. Organized by VC Breil-sur-Roya, it is part of the Challenge Granfondo Alpes-Maritimes and challenges riders in the Haut Pays Niçois with route options around 118 km and 64 km.
The course crosses the Roya and Bévéra valleys, leading cyclists to significant local climbs like the Col de Turini and the Col de Brouis, with Brouis ascended from both directions. Longer routes have included approximately 2,500 to 2,800 meters of elevation gain over 110 to 112 km. Past events have featured nine cols, indicating the event is suited for experienced cyclists. Approximately 250 participants have competed in previous years, riding through a border region influenced by the County of Nice, Liguria, and Piedmont.
