Sisteron Halloween Urban Trail 2026

The Sisteron Halloween Urban Trail is a 7 km night run taking place in Sisteron, located in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department of southeastern France. It occurs in late October. The 7 km race begins at 7:30 p.m., ensuring the Halloween theme is experienced after dark, not as a daytime costume event. Participants must be aged 16 or older. The format is an urban trail, with short, fast segments along streets and past town landmarks, differing from a lengthy mountain course. The event features two named routes: Ange intra muros and Démon. The Démon route includes passage through Sisteron’s citadel. A parade through the streets is included in the program, contributing a town festival atmosphere rather than that of a typical evening 7K. Although the race is relatively new, with only a few editions held so far, recent results indicate a fast pace at the front, with podium times for the 7 km being just over 20 minutes.
