Trail du Soldat Bleu 2026

Trail du Soldat Bleu is a small forest trail event held in Vassy-Pisy, a village in Yonne, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, France. It takes place in early November, a time when the weather is often cool and wet. The event provides three main options: an 8 km trail, a 17 km trail with 400 meters of elevation gain, and a children's course under 2 km for participants aged 7 and older. The courses follow local paths and woodland trails within the commune. The 8 km race is named the Petit Soldat Bleu, and the 17 km Grand Soldat Bleu offers a challenging, hilly route for experienced runners without being an ultra-distance event. An untimed 8 km option is available for walkers, and dogs on leashes are permitted on this route. The Mini Soldat Bleu, a hilly, untimed loop, is designated for the youngest runners, ensuring the event accommodates families alongside dedicated trail runners.
