Triathlon International Saint Jean de Monts 2026

The Triathlon International Saint Jean de Monts is a seaside triathlon weekend held in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, on the Vendée coast within France’s Pays de la Loire region. Taking place in June, the program centers on short-to-middle-distance races: XS, S, and M triathlons. The S and M distances are offered for both individual competitors and teams. Younger athletes are included with children’s races for ages 6-9 and 10-13, alongside an XS youth event and an XS open race. The location combines a beach resort atmosphere with a race venue, utilizing the seafront area near the Esplanade de la mer and adjacent roads like Avenue de la forêt. Sand and sea are integral to the event's character, distinguishing it from triathlons in inland cities. Participants include children, juniors, open XS entrants, relay teams, individual S and M racers, and company teams in the business relay, all competing over the same weekend. The organizing club is ST JEAN DE MONTS VENDEE TRIATHLON ATHLETISME. This event has reached its 40th edition.
