Brent Knoll Multi Terrain Race 2026

The Brent Knoll Race is a short multi-terrain run starting at the BASC Ground in Burnham, covering approximately 6 miles out and back. The route centers on a single prominent feature: participants ascend Brent Knoll and then retrace their steps. The course includes steep ascents, sharp descents, and muddy sections within its compact distance, making it feel more challenging than the mileage indicates. While Crooked Lane has been surfaced with gravel, easing that section slightly, the race retains the character of a brief, intense effort rather than a steady road race.
