Mountain Bike Race - Elgin Eco Association - Elgin, NB 2026

The Tour of Elgin is New Brunswick's sole mountain bike marathon and the province's most challenging. Organized by the Elgin Eco Association, the event raises funds for their environmental initiatives. Headquarters are located at the Elgin country market on River Rd. Registration is limited to 200 participants, drawing riders from the Maritimes, Ontario, and the U.S. Racers select from distances of 20 km, 40 km, 80 km, or 120 km, with a distinct event for children. The course comprises 50% dirt roads, 40% fast double track, and 10% single track, with minimal pavement. Support includes all-terrain vehicles, first aid, and neutral feed stations. Participants are offered a discount at the nearby Fundy National Park.
