Punk Panther Christmas Cracker 2026

The Punk Panther Christmas Cracker is a winter trail race that begins and concludes in Studley Roger, close to Ripon, on the Yorkshire Dales Trails. This event marks the last Punk Panther race of the year, providing three distance options ranging from a 12-mile route to a 32-mile ultra. Each distance includes sufficient elevation gain to ensure a genuine off-road challenge. Participants must be 18 years or older, and the number of runners is limited to 250. The course largely follows the Ripon Rowel, incorporating wooded valleys, riverside trails, and historical areas surrounding Ripon. It passes Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Water Garden, crosses the River Skell’s Valley of the Seven Bridges, and offers vistas towards St. Margaret’s Church and Hackfall woods. The race embraces its Christmas theme with optional fancy dress, spot prizes, a raffle, and seasonal food available alongside the competition.
