Regent's Park 5k & 10k October 2026

The Regent's Park 5k & 10k is a flat October race held in Regent's Park, a Royal Park in North-West London. Both races begin in the morning, designed for everyday runners seeking a chip-timed result within central London. The flat course offers a good opportunity for a personal best, and the park setting provides a more tranquil atmosphere than a road race amidst heavy traffic. The route winds through Regent's Park, which also houses ZSL London Zoo. Runners might get close enough to see animals during the race. Each kilometre is marked, and marshals direct participants along the course and to the finish.
