Rowlands Ramble 2026

The Rowlands Ramble marks its 10th year over a scenic route. Participants will cross the South Downs twice, with climbs in the Surrey Hills and the Devils Punchbowl. Breakfast is provided at the start, with beans on toast and cakes at Rowlands Castle, and pasta at the finish. Alcohol-based recovery drinks will be available for purchase at the Racket Club.
