RunThrough Crystal Palace series 1 2026

The Phoenix Crystal Palace 5km & 10km Run for Dad is a Father's Day race held in Crystal Palace Park. Participants can select either two laps for the 5km distance or four laps for the 10km. This off-road park event utilizes marked tarmac and gravel paths, welcoming runners aged 18 and above, catering to various abilities beyond just competitive club athletes. The course is not flat; the 5km route includes 302ft of elevation gain, and the 10km route doubles this to 604ft, featuring gradual inclines interspersed with sharper ascents. Depending on weather conditions, either road or trail shoes may be suitable. All finishers receive a Feisty Phoenix medal. Entry numbers are capped, and the event operates under Trail Running Association licensing and UK Athletics rules. Crystal Palace and Penge West stations are within walking distance, and while park parking is available, sustainable travel options are encouraged.
