About this race
The RunUK Richmond Half Marathon takes place in November, starting at Old Deer Park in Richmond, London. It is located beside the A316, near postcode TW9 2SF. The race begins at 09:00 and employs chip timing, providing runners with their results immediately upon finishing.
The course follows the River Thames for a significant portion, making the river a constant companion throughout the run. Participants conclude back at Old Deer Park, where they receive a medal, water, juice, fruit, and a chocolate bar. The event supports Kingston Hospital Charity as its official partner. The start area is accessible by car or public transport, with parking available opposite. A complimentary cordoned baggage drop is offered. Bone-conduction headphones are permitted, but ordinary headphones are not.
