About this race
Run through Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. The tarmac course is flat and fast, offering a possibility of quick times. You'll see shingle ridges, saltmarsh, intertidal grazing, reed-beds, and saline lagoons. These races are ideal for beginners and experienced runners alike. This is the Rye Summer 10k & 5k Series.
