Hei en Vennentocht 2026

The Hei en Vennentocht begins at Cafe d’n Driesprong in Netersel, with participants departing between 08:00 and 10:00. This NTFU tour ride, organized by TWC Netersel, is for mountain bikers and gravel riders, offering marked route options of 30, 45, and 55 kilometers. The entry fee is €6 to €7, and amenities include refreshments along the route, showers, changing rooms, supervised bike parking, bike rental, and a bike wash. The route crosses the Kempen countryside near Netersel, passing through areas such as Wit Holland, Netersel Heide, Dunse Duinen, and estate De Utrecht. The 55-kilometer route features 55 meters of climbing and approximately 55 percent off-road terrain, concluding with a segment known as the Dak van Netersel. Prior to the break, a pumptrack is available for riders to test their skills. The event has held the NTFU quality mark “extra goed geregeld” for several years, and a memorable detail at the finish is the artisanal sausage roll.
