MOLENHOEKS MAKKIE running the hills

The Molenhoeks Makkie is an October trail run starting in Molenhoek, within the Rijk van Nijmegen region, at Stationsstraat 62. Participants can select 5, 10, or 15 kilometers, with all distances featuring a hilly course instead of a flat road-race route. The event has a maximum of 1,400 participants, making it a more intimate gathering compared to large city events. The race is organized by Stichting Molenhoeks Makkie and is open to all participants for the three distances. The practical arrangements for this local hill race are comprehensive: public transport access, parking, changing facilities, first aid, AEDs, a guarded cloakroom, and massage services are provided. Registration closes prior to race day, with no late entries accepted.
