Milnes Beatson Kaiteriteri Gold Trail Run
Sunday, May 31, 2026 · Kaiteriteri, New Zealand
About this race
From the rear of Kaiteriteri Reserve Camp, the trails head straight onto the Estuary track and into Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park. The Milnes Beatson Kaiteriteri Gold offers a true off-road morning: forest single-track, bike-park terrain, and estuary tracks, with options for experienced trail-runners, families, walkers, kids, and adults.
The harder route covers the entire bike park, including a significant climb to the forest ridgeline before a long descent to the finish. Shorter options follow similar terrain, a gentler course uses easier single-track, and a short forest/estuary trail loop is available for children. The participants will likely include a mix of racers, casual runners, and families. Everything starts and finishes at Event HQ, simplifying the day to a single location rather than requiring point-to-point logistics.
