Bieg 7 Dolin, a 100 km mountain race, is the main event of Festiwal Biegowy Piwniczna-Zdrój. This running festival takes place in the spa town of Piwniczna-Zdrój, located in Lesser Poland's Nowy Sącz county. Held in early September, the festival features numerous races, ranging from short family runs and a 4 km option to road races, a half marathon, and longer mountain distances. The mountain routes traverse the ridges, forests, and valleys surrounding Piwniczna-Zdrój, with distances of 11 km, 23 km, 42 km, 61 km, and the 100 km.
