About this race
The Przehyba Trail event in Gołkowice Górne offers three mountain running races: 23 km, 33 km, and 43 km. All races include checkpoints, GPX tracks, safety support from GOPR (Mountain Volunteer Rescue Service), and set time limits. The event's purpose is to promote mountain running, active lifestyles, and showcase the Beskid Sądecki and Lesser Poland regions. The 23 km race has 1014 meters of elevation gain and a 5-hour time limit. The 33 km race has 1530 meters of elevation gain and an 8-hour time limit. The 43 km race has 1675 meters of elevation gain and a 9-hour time limit. A maximum of 100 participants are permitted for each distance. Mandatory equipment for all participants includes a race bib, a fully charged mobile phone, a GPX file, a windbreaker jacket, an emergency blanket, a backpack or hip belt, and a personal cup. Medical assistance will be provided by GOPR, and refreshments will be available at checkpoints and the finish line. All finishers will receive a medal. Trophies will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each race category.
