UMT - Ultra Maratona Templários - BTT/Gravel 2026

The Ultra Maratona Templários begins and ends in Tomar, Portugal, a historic city. Participants navigate solo using GPS on routes, not a marked course. The series is designed for BTT mountain bikes and gravel bikes, offering five distances: 145 km BTT, 125 km gravel, 85 km BTT Marathon, 85 km Gravel Marathon, and an 85 km e-bike Marathon. The most challenging BTT route covers approximately 145 km with 3,500 meters of elevation gain, demanding endurance and bike handling. The courses are circular, primarily utilizing unpaved forest trails and paths near Tomar, requiring riders to manage their exertion and navigation. Clube Desportivo Templários BTT e Aventura/Ultra Pedal is the organizer, providing official timing, age-group rankings, and podium presentations. Cyclists 18 and older may enter; those aged 15 to 17 can participate with parental consent.
