Tegeltrampet 2026

Tegeltrampet is a mountain bike race held in September at Dalkarsåsen 152 in Heby, Uppland. Participants can select 10 km, 20 km, or 40 km routes, suitable for juniors and adults seeking a brief off-road excursion or a more substantial MTB challenge. The courses traverse the diverse landscape surrounding Dalkarlsåsen, featuring distinct categories for women, men, and juniors. Heby Allmänna Idrottsförening is the organizing body. The 40 km participants begin first, with 10 km and 20 km riders starting soon after. Registration concludes in mid-September, though on-site entry with an additional charge is permitted.
