Airport Challenge Run 2026

Airport Challenge Run 2026 is the second edition of a unique race held at the Military Aviation Base in Prešov. Participants can experience the atmosphere among helicopters and military equipment. The event offers 5 km and 10 km courses, including a run with a weighted bag (1 kg for women, 2 kg for men). There are also children's runs (100-500 m) with a simple obstacle course. The start package includes a running t-shirt with a military design, a dog tag medal, a start number with a chip, and a participant package with gifts. The weighted bag can be taken home after the race. The event emphasizes discipline, strength, and determination, with limited capacity due to the military location. Only citizens of the Slovak Republic can participate, and entry to the airport requires identification. Children are allowed entry only with an adult.
