Lesný beh priateľov Šemše is a forest running event in Šemša offering three distances: 22 km, 11 km, and 5.5 km. Participants can select a short, middle, or long route. The event also features children’s categories alongside men’s and women’s races. The course consists of paved forest roads and paths, dirt roads, and some asphalt, making it a mixed-surface countryside run rather than a pure road race. The event is organized by the civic association Šemša v pohybe in cooperation with the municipality of Šemša. Advance registration offers lower fees than on-site registration, with prices increasing based on the chosen distance.
