14th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, Run, Ride 2026

14th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, Run & Ride. This event is the largest breast cancer awareness event south of San Antonio. 100% of proceeds benefit five local nonprofit organizations providing support, financial assistance, and preventative care to individuals affected by breast cancer. The first 1,500 registered participants receive an event shirt, finisher medal, and race bib. Age group awards will be presented to top finishers. The event includes a 5K Run and a 2.5 Mile Walk, both starting at 7:30 a.m. Participants should arrive by 6:50 a.m. for parking and warm-up. Refreshments and hydration will be available at the finish line. The event takes place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Texas Oncology – McAllen, 1901 S. 2nd St., McAllen, TX 78503. The event will also feature free food, live music, vendors, and family-friendly activities.
