ARFS Annual 5K Walk/Run 2026

The ARFS Annual 5K Walk/Run is a 3.1-mile fall race in Young Harris, Georgia, starting at Mayor’s Park beside the Young Harris College campus. It begins in the morning and is open as both a run and a walk, with a point-to-point route rather than a simple out-and-back. The course goes into Cupid Falls Park, follows creekside paths, and passes near the waterfall before heading by the Young Harris College athletic fields. Runners and walkers get mountain views, a loop through campus past historic buildings, and a finish at Sharp United Methodist Church. Strollers and pets are not allowed because the route includes elevation changes and mixed ground conditions.
